Very clean home and very convenient to Hamilton and Spooky Nook. Well taken care of. The communication was a little rocky in the beginning through the app but got better when I was texting the owner directly. Well stocked with everything you need and everything was in working order. Because it is an older home the road noise at the front of the house is tough without earplugs if you are a lite sleeper. Overall, great home, very clean, easy check out and fantastic location for Hamilton.

Kitchen was great for our caterer. Plenty of space for dinner. My family was very impressed with house. Easy access for those returning home. We enjoyed the stay.

The property is old but well maintained, with updated amenities. It is kept very clean, both the house and the yard. There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen saying there was no such reservation. This was fixed with the host. VRBO was no help, but the host was.

Our team needed a spot to stay in town for work and this was the perfect spot! Great experience all around!
